We can provide extra upon prior request for free! - Master bedroom: a queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower - Second bedroom: a queen bed - Second guest bathroom with a shower We can prepare port-a-cot and/or high chair for families free of charge, please contact us for to arrange the service prior to your arrival! <Lounge + Dining> - Comfy sofa and a 72 inch smart TV with most streaming services available. Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in: After 3pm (GMT+10) BNE local time Standard check-out: Before 10am (GMT+10) BNE local time Early check-in or late check-out arrangement should be made at least 1 day before check in, subject to availability. Uninformed early check-in or late check-out may incur additional administrative charges. ---------------------------------- 2. Apartment Key Handling & Lock Out Fee: All our Airbnb Listings are unique private apartment with unique keys and it is costly and time consuming to replace keys! Please look after the keys that are given to you! Guests will be responsible for key replacement cost/locksmith fee if the key is lost during their reservation. Default Key sets provision guideline: 1 set of key for studio, one-bedroom apartment and two-bedroom apartment. 2 sets of key for 3 bedroom apartment & house. Extra key set request should be made at least 24 hour before check in and can be arranged with a key deposit of $100/extra set. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check out once all keys returned. Extra key set request made less than 24 hour before check in or after check in might incur delivery charges.
