🚫 No Parties & Quiet Hours: This is a strict no-party property. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorised gatherings. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours. 🏢 Respect the Neighbourhood & Building Rules – Please follow all building bylaws and be mindful of other residents. ONLY park in the designated parking space provided for our unit. Unauthorised parking may result in fines or towing at your expense. 🧹 Leave the Home Clean & Tidy – This is my home, and I ask that you treat it as you would your own. Please leave the space in a good, clean condition upon checkout. Excess mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
