A pet fee of $190 applies per stay, and an additional damage deposit will be required. ✔️ Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. ✔️ No pets on furniture or beds. ✔️ Owners must clean up after their pets—please ensure that no pet waste is left in the garden or outdoor areas. 🚗 Parking & Respect for Neighbours: ✔️ Please only park in designated areas and do not block driveways or disrupt neighbors. ✔️ We take this very seriously—any reports of parking violations may result in the booking being canceled without a refund. ✔️ Any pet-related damage will be deducted from the deposit. 🚫 No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful neighbourhood, and we ask that guests respect our home and our neighbours.
