✅ Pet Policy: We welcome pets! A $170 per pet, per stay fee applies as we need to steam clean our soft furnishings & parts of carpets if necessary after pet stay. Additionally, a $300 refundable pet damage deposit is required. This deposit will be fully refunded after checkout, provided our home is returned in good condition. Please ensure your furry friend is well-behaved and that all pet waste is cleaned up before departure. 🚫 No Parties & Quiet Hours: This is a strict no-party property. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorised gatherings. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours. 🏡 Respect the Neighborhood: We ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbours. Please follow parking guidelines & do not park on our neighbour's driveway, and be considerate of those living nearby. 🔥 BBQ Cleaning: If you use the BBQ, kindly clean it after use. A cleaning fee may apply if left uncleaned.
