1. Shed usage: Guests are welcomed to use our large 6x6m shed at the front of our house. To ensure the shed remains tidy and available for future guests: • Please clean out the shed after use, leaving it in the same condition as you found it. • Avoid leaving behind any personal belongings, food, or items that could attract pests. 2. Pet Policy: We understand it is hard to find a place to stay when travelling with friends and furry friends are welcomed to our home! To ensure a comfortable and clean stay for everyone, please adhere to the following pet policy: Pet Size and Number: • Only small pets are allowed. • A maximum of 2 pets is permitted per stay. Cleaning and Maintenance: • Guests must clean up after their pets during their stay. • Ensure our garden is completely free of pet waste before check-out. Additional Fees: • An extra fee of $150 per pet per stay applies. Pet Essentials: • Please bring your own pet supplies, such as food bowls, beds, and toys. Furniture Policy: • Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including sofas and beds. 3. Our property is a peaceful and welcoming space, and to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors, we have a strict No Party Policy: No Parties or Events: • Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Quiet Hours: • Please respect our quiet hours from [insert time, 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a serene environment for everyone. Zero Tolerance for Complaints: • Any noise complaints or disturbances reported by neighbors may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund. Guest Limits: • Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
