1. Pet Friendly Home - Maximum of 2 Pets We have pets ourselves and we understand it is difficult to travel with pets. Therefore we have made our home pet friendly for our guests! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring pets. Approval is required prior to your stay. Our property is fully fenced and pets should stay outside during your visit. Guests are responsible for picking up and cleaning up after their pets at all times. Please ensure the yard and surrounding areas are kept tidy. An additional pet fee per pet, per stay applies. 2. No Party Policy & Quiet Hours This is a strictly no-party property. Any gatherings or events are not allowed, and we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to noise complaints from neighbours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of your noise levels during these times to ensure a restful atmosphere for everyone in the area. 3. Rubbish disposal: Our bin collection day is by every Tue Morning 6am. Therefore we would appreciate our guests help us push our bins kerbside on Monday Night. Thank you so much for helping us keep our home clean and tidy.
